Professional Educators Diploma in Educational Leadership (EDL)
Topics covered in the program include leadership theories, leaders as managers, assessment and e-leadership, effective school culture, managing in the time of crisis, as well as an internship that requires fieldwork components.
Through selected course readings, case studies, discussions and other learning experiences, participants will develop an understanding of the importance of building trust, setting high learning expectations, collaborating, and acting ethically and with professional integrity. The courses’ assignments aim at developing reflective practitioners who have both self and social awareness.
